What is your warranty policy?

Every Arclumin series carries a 3-year warranty program. Warranty covers LED modules, power supplies and receiving cards under normal operating conditions; project-specific terms are confirmed in the quotation.

Do products go through testing before shipment?

Yes. Every order completes a 48-hour aging test at full brightness before packing — what fails in our factory does not ship to your site.

Which control systems do you support?

Mainstream platforms including Novastar and Colorlight. We deliver control-system integration as part of the project — configuration files and mapping are set up before the screen leaves Shenzhen.

Can you customize cabinet size, curves or transparency?

That is the core of how we work: engineering-driven configuration around your site — structure design, power planning and control integration are all confirmed against your drawings before production.

Do you provide installation support?

Yes — structure drawings, power plans and remote commissioning support are standard; on-site supervision can be arranged for larger projects.
